Summer 2007. Rates: June 1st-July 5th £350 per week July 5th-Aug 31st £450 per week Sept 7th-Sept 28th £300 per week Change-over day: Friday. The property may be available for weekend lets (min 3 days) or flexible change-over dates - please enquire. Description of Property: Grade 2 Listed cottage dating from 16th/17th century. Ground floor: Entrance Lobby. Sitting Room with TV & DVD. Kitchen/Dining Room with eye-level cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Stable doors leading to enclosed patio garden. 1st Floor landing: WC and wash basin. 1st Floor: Twin Bedroom, Family Bathroom and WC. 2nd Floor: Spiral Staircase to Double Bedroom. Parking. There is street parking outside the cottage, alternatively there is ample parking by the quay a minutes walk away. |

Terms & Conditions
What is included in the price? The price includes all heating (gas fired central heating) and electricity, towels and bed linen for one week’s stay for up to 4 people.
Arrival and Departure Times Arrival: Fridays from 3pm - 7pm (please advise if your arrival time is likely to be later). Departure: Fridays before 10.30am
Pets Sorry, we are not able to accommodate pets.
Children The cottage is not recommended for very young children because of steep steps and spiral staircase.
Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
Booking Conditions Please contact us to confirm availability. A deposit of 25% of the full booking fee will secure your booking for the agreed dates. The full cost must be paid within 3 weeks of the start of your holiday. Payment can be made by cheque or by credit card (please ring with your card details).
Breakages and Damage We also require a security deposit of £100, payable in cash on arrival or by cheque/credit card in advance. This is fully refunded on departure subject to there being no breakages or damage. Any damage costing more than £100 will be charged at cost.
Cancellations Should you have to cancel your booking more than 3 weeks before the start of your holiday, your deposit/full payment will be refunded in full. Within 3 weeks of the start of your holiday payment is not refundable unless we can re-book the period assigned. |
